If the device requires an activation code upon start up. You must check your original receipt for this activation code, it should be located at the bottom of the receipt. This activation code is auto-generated when the product is scanned at store upon check out. Otherwise, a code will never be assigned to the item.
If you do not have the original store receipt, you would need to contact 1.888.456.3472 or visit www.getyourcode.com to request for a new activation code.
This activation code only verifies the purchase of the item, this activation code differs from the personal identification code (PIN) that you have setup to your device.
